1. Overview
Dad+ aims to provide value through our subscription and any one-time purchases. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may be eligible for a refund. Please read it together with our Terms and Conditions and Subscription Policy.
2. Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once paid. However, we may consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- Within the first 7 days: If you cancel and request a refund within seven (7) days of your initial subscription payment, we will typically issue a full refund upon request, provided you have not materially abused the service (e.g., bulk downloading content).
- Billing errors: If you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong amount), we will refund the erroneous charge once verified.
- Service failure: If we are unable to provide the service for an extended period due to our fault, we may offer a partial or full refund for the affected period at our discretion.
Refund requests should be submitted to support@dad.plus. We will respond within a reasonable time and may ask for additional information to process your request.
3. One-Time Purchases
If we offer one-time purchases (e.g., specific courses or add-ons), refund eligibility will be stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, one-time purchases are non-refundable after delivery or access has been granted, except where required by law or in cases of clear error or failure to deliver.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times depend on your financial institution and may take several business days. If the original payment method is no longer valid, we may offer an alternative (e.g., account credit) where applicable.
5. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund past payments. If you want both cancellation and a refund (where eligible), you must request a refund separately as described above. For how to cancel, see our Subscription Policy.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Refund requests are evaluated under the policy in effect at the time of the relevant purchase, unless we state otherwise.
