2. Subscription Plans

We may offer different plans (e.g., monthly, annual) with varying features and pricing. The specific plan details, including price and billing frequency, are shown at the time of sign-up and in your account or billing portal. We may introduce new plans or discontinue existing ones; changes to your current plan will be communicated in advance where required by law or our terms.

3. Billing

• Payment method: You must provide a valid payment method (e.g., credit or debit card) that we or our payment processor accept. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
• Billing cycle: Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period (e.g., monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
• Auto-renewal: Unless you cancel before the end of your current period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same period at the then-current price. We will charge your payment method on file.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice (e.g., 30 days). If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the change takes effect. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may retry and may suspend or cancel access after continued failure. We will attempt to notify you so you can update your payment method.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation can typically be done through your account settings or the billing/customer portal we provide (e.g., Stripe Customer Portal). Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period; after that, your account may revert to free or limited access as applicable. We do not provide refunds for the unused portion of a period unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Free Trials and Promotions

We may offer free trials or promotional pricing. Unless otherwise stated, at the end of a free trial we will charge your payment method for the first paid period. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends. Promotional offers may have specific terms (e.g., one-time discount, first month free); those terms will be disclosed at the time of the offer.

6. Access and Account

Subscription access is personal to your account and is subject to our Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use policy. You may not share your account or subscription credentials for the purpose of circumventing payment. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of our terms or for non-payment as described above.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the latest version. Material changes will be communicated via our website, email, or in-app notice where appropriate. Your continued subscription after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
