Dad+ provides personalized guidance, educational content, and tools for new dads and dads-to-be. Our service includes journey-based learning paths (e.g., Trying to Conceive, Expecting Dad, New Dad), AI coaching, journaling, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Account and Registration
You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Paid features are governed by our Subscription Policy and Refund Policy. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms disclosed at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are charged in advance and may auto-renew unless cancelled in accordance with our Subscription Policy.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
